Westside Surf School

Westside Surf School offers surf lessons by professional, friendly surf instructors. Sepp Bruhwiler, one of the original surfing families of Tofino, started Westide Surf School and his instructors include local surfers who grew up surfing here and surfers who moved to Tofino to ride waves. We know the local breaks and where to go for the best waves and we'll get you up on your board and having a blast! Join a group lesson, hone your skills with a private one or sign on for a surf camp: whatever your skill level is, we'll get your surfing better. And for the latest in surf rentals, wetsuits, surf gear, cool clothing and expert advice, visit our new surf shop located at the entrance to downtown Tofino.
